For the past few months now, the USPS has slowed down because of Covid, short staffed, and the weather. All of these issues have made orders take up to a month to get delivered. On top of that, the tracking is not updated as it should be. This is very frustrating. All items do get to the final destinations, but take a much longer time. Be aware of this when ordering. We are sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Prints will ship in the USA, Priority Mail USPS, with a confirmation receipt, in a sturdy tube.
Outside the USA, print will be shipped in a sturdy tube, airmail.
Stickers are shipped in an envelope, USPS First Class.
Items will ship within one week of purchase.
Items shipping Outside of the USA can take from 1-4 weeks at times. So be patient, it is on it's way.
** YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR CONFIRMED MAILING ADDRESS. **
If the address with Paypal says, Unconfirmed, I will NOT ship to that address, until I have heard from you that it is the correct address to use.
Most orders from Outside of the USA say Unconfirmed, and you MUST email us or write in the notes your confirmed mailing address before the items are shipped out.
LET US REPEAT: YOU MUST HAVE A CONFIRMED MAILING ADDRESS WITH PAYPAL OR WE WILL NOT SHIP THE ITEM UNTIL WE HAVE HEARD FROM YOU.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged to you. You would need to take photos of the damaged item and send them to us to review. If the item is damaged, we would have you ship them back to us. Once we receive the damaged item, we will send you a replacement.
Posters can never really be sent back in the mint condition it was shipped out. Once the poster tube is opened and the poster is removed and unrolled, it is rare that the poster could be repackaged and shipped back without some damage or imperfections from all of the shipping and handling. Returns & Exchanges for posters that were not damaged are rare to none.
There can be some exceptions with our clothing items (ie: need a different size)
The clothing item would need to be shipped back in the same condition it was received. It can have been tried on once, but won't be accepted back for a refund or exchange if it has been washed or worn out.
Anyone that purchases an item from GIGART may have their email address added to our mailing list. If not interested, you will have the option to unsubscribe when you receive the first email from us.
Our mailing list sends updates on all that is GIGART, a few times a year.
GIGART reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
